Booking
The written booking confirmation that you receive from us (by post or e-mail)
is our contract with you and it binds you to the following terms and
conditions (your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and
conditions).
On receipt of your booking confirmation please notify us immediately if it
contains any errors.
We reserve the right to amend prices without notice, but once a booking
confirmation has been issued we guarantee that the price will not increase,
unless the booking is amended. Prices include VAT (where applicable) at the
rates applicable at the time of printing and are subject to change if the
rates or application of the tax changes. In the event of a change of VAT
during the course of the year, your holiday will be invoiced at the new
amount of VAT unless you have already taken your holiday or paid the balance in
full prior to the date of the change.

If your booking confirmation is issued less than 4 weeks before the holiday
commencement date, you will need to pay for the holiday in full immediately
by one of the above methods, to ensure funds have been received and cleared
before the holiday begins (please allow four working days).

administration fee) only if we are able to re-let the property for the period
originally booked by you.
